Just saying the word Autumn is enough to evoke the scents of forest humus. So it was quite natural for me to delve into the world of mushrooms. Moreover, this subject, so rich in shapes and colors, has been attracting me for some time. I decided to choose the mushroom par excellence, Boletus edulis, in other words, the porcini mushroom! As I was embroidering, I thought with a certain amused nostalgia of the delicious porcini omelet that Aunt Marthe from Bayonne had served us one morning, at 10 a.m. for breakfast. There's no wrong time to enjoy porcini mushrooms! The design was embroidered on 12-thread ivory linen fabric. To be embroidered on white and light fabric.
The chart is printed with symbols and colors (Ref: DMC) on 6 pages.
Pattern size: 112 stitches high x 170 stitches wide. If you embroider on 11-count linen, over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads, or on 5.5-count Aida, your embroidery will measure approximately: 20.36 x 30.09 cm.
