Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the buyer and César Éditions, within the framework of the sale of products offered on the website www.cesareditions.com (via Shopify).

By validating their order, the customer unreservedly accepts all of these conditions:

2. Products

We offer magazines, books, DIY works, posters and editorial products for sale. Each item is carefully described. Visuals are not contractually binding. In the event of an error or omission in the descriptions, César Éditions cannot be held liable.

3. Price & Payment

Prices are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included. Payment is made via secure systems (Shopify Payments, credit card, PayPal, etc.). César Éditions reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already validated.

4. Order & Confirmation

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. Once payment is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing within a maximum of 7 working days.

In case of stockout, especially for "embroidery" materials, an additional delay may be necessary: you will be informed by email.

Shipments are limited to parcels under 11 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, please divide it into several orders.

Our parcels are carefully packed and delivered via reliable postal services.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with current Spanish regulations (Ley de Consumidores y Usuarios), the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the receipt of the order (excluding personalized or digital products).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error.

The returned product must be in its original, unused condition, and properly packaged.

7. Personal Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It is used exclusively for managing your orders and is never shared without your consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, visuals, logos, products, etc.) is the exclusive property of César Éditions.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Spanish law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be favored. Failing that, Spanish courts will have sole jurisdiction.
