Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for convenience outside of cases provided for by applicable law. For orders placed online, the consumer customer nonetheless has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order, except for products excluded from this right by law. Returned items must be complete, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No refund can be issued for an item that has been used, damaged, or returned incomplete. In the event of a product being received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photographs of the product and its packaging.
