Chart: Stair Basket, Cross Stitch Pattern

And this one is so charming that you'll dare to show it off in public! It also has the good taste of being as easy to make as it is to live with. No hem, a simple strip of openwork linen embroidery is enough. It's shown here with traditional colors, but you can easily adorn it with your favorite shades. A word to the boldest: embrace the Alsatian spirit to the fullest and cover your basket with Kelsch fabric.

The design was embroidered on a 10-thread natural-colored embroidery strip.

Pattern size: 29 stitches high x 280 stitches wide. If you embroider on 11-thread linen, over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads, or on 5.5-stitch Aida, your embroidery will measure approximately: 5.3 x 50.9 cm.
