Straight out of a country tale, this charming scene features the pretty white goose and Tod the fox. As the goose peacefully strolls amidst the flowers and foliage, she seems unaware of the mischievous gaze of the fox discretely watching her. This delicate composition evokes stories of yesteryear where animals come to life in a gentle and poetic universe.
The numerous botanical details, soft colors, and expressive characters give this embroidery all the magic of old children's illustrations. Both decorative and narrative, this creation tells a story that will give free rein to the imagination of young and old alike.
The model was embroidered on DMC 11 threads/cm linen fabric in color B5200, worked over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads. This luminous fabric particularly highlights the natural shades of the fox's fur, the dazzling whiteness of the goose, and the many floral details that make up the decor.
This creation can also be made on an Aida 5.5 stitches/cm fabric to obtain similar dimensions while making the embroidery work easier.
The charts are printed with symbols and colors (DMC ref.) on 6 pages.
Design size: 157 stitches wide × 221 stitches high — approximately 28.5 × 40.2 cm on 11 threads/cm linen or Aida 5.5 stitches/cm fabric.
