In autumn, those lucky enough to live near a forest often take the opportunity to pick mushrooms. For some, mushroom picking is a chance to take long walks in the forest with their children and discover nature as a family. Others, more early birds, put on their boots the day after a rain and set off at dawn — "at the hour when the countryside whitens," as Victor Hugo would say — to fill their baskets with porcini, boletes, and chanterelles. Whether fruitful or not, mushroom picking is always a very pleasant moment, especially when you think of the feast to come! The model was embroidered on a 14-count caramel linen fabric.
