May is undoubtedly one of the most enchanting months of the year. Gardens burst into vibrant bloom, trees don new foliage, and nature awakens in a riot of color. An iconic symbol of this period, lily of the valley brightens undergrowth with its delicate white bells and fills the air with its incomparable fragrance. Given as a gift or picked in a bouquet, it has always been part of May Day traditions.
This fresh composition highlights the simple pleasures of spring: walks in nature, armfuls of freshly picked flowers, and the joy of the first warm days. The numerous floral details and luminous colors create a tender and poetic scene that celebrates all the sweetness of the season.
The design was stitched on 11-thread/cm linen fabric in "ficelle" (twine) color, working over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads. This creation can also be made on 5.5-stitch/cm Aida fabric for similar dimensions.
The charts are printed with symbols and colors (DMC ref.) on 6 pages.
