Chart: Embroidered linen alphabet for baby, Cross Stitch Creation

What could be more tender than an alphabet sampler to celebrate the arrival of a child? Surrounded by delicately embroidered letters, this charming, pink-cheeked baby seems peacefully asleep in a world full of sweetness and poetry. Designed by Véronique Enginger and Création Point de Croix, this creation combines the tradition of old alphabet samplers with a delicate and childlike world. The embroidered letters frame a scene full of tenderness, while the soft colors give the whole a warm and comforting atmosphere. This pattern will appeal to young parents as well as lovers of classic works inspired by childhood.

The pattern was embroidered on DMC 11 threads/cm white linen fabric, worked over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads. This luminous fabric particularly highlights the fineness of the details and the delicate nuances that make up the scene.

This creation can also be made on 5.5 stitches/cm Aida fabric to obtain similar dimensions while facilitating the embroidery work. It will naturally find its place in a child's room or will make a particularly appreciated personalized birth gift.

The charts are printed with symbols and colors (DMC ref.) on 6 pages.

Design size: 180 stitches wide × 130 stitches high. Dimensions calculated for embroidery on 11 threads/cm linen embroidered over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads, or on approximately 5.5 stitches/cm Aida fabric: 32.7 × 23.6 cm.
