To create this decor, you'll only need a gingham table runner onto which you'll apply a wide embroidered linen strip. This delicate pattern owes its refinement to the numerous backstitches that sculpt the petals. Though more suited for experienced embroiderers, it will add a touch of poetry to an intimate breakfast. These daisies can be the lovely starting point for your decor. Light and graceful, they will delicately adorn a cushion, or even, why not, a curtain tie-back or a valance.
The model was embroidered on a natural-colored 11-thread linen strip, 2 strips measuring 20 cm high x 52 cm long.
The chart is printed with symbols and colors (DMC Ref.) on 6 pages.
Pattern size: 59 stitches high x 180 stitches wide. If you embroider on 11-thread linen, over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads, or on 5.5-count Aida, your embroidery will measure approximately: 10.7 x 32.7 cm.
