All the delicacy of antique cross-stitch pieces.
Inspired by the fine lace of yesteryear and refined household linen, this elegant composition celebrates the delicate art of openwork motifs revisited in cross-stitch. Airy friezes, delicate rosettes and symmetrical ornaments create an ensemble of great finesse, evoking antique embroidery and interiors imbued with softness and elegance.
The subtle sage green tones on white canvas bring a lot of lightness and refinement to this timeless creation. Each motif recalls antique lace, precious doilies, and pieces made with patience and meticulousness in homes of yesteryear.
This refined embroidery will perfectly find its place on household linen, cushions, table runners, napkins or delicate decorative pieces. An ideal creation for lovers of traditional embroidery and romantic and elegant atmospheres.
The design was embroidered on a 12-thread/cm white linen fabric. To be embroidered on 11 or 12-thread/cm linen fabric, 5.5 or 7 stitches/cm Aida fabric depending on the desired result. To preserve all the finesse and elegance of the motif, opt for a white or very light ivory fabric.
