A biscornu is a small, three-dimensional cushion with 8 corners. It is made from 2 cross-stitched squares, sewn together. Biscornus are often popular with embroiderers because they are fun to make. They can have multiple uses: door ornaments, pincushions, keyrings, Christmas ornaments, etc. They also make an excellent small gift for an embroiderer friend.
The model was stitched on white 11-thread linen. To be stitched on white or light-colored fabric.
The chart is printed with symbols and colors (Ref: DMC) on 6 pages.
Pattern size: 22 stitches wide x 22 stitches high. If you stitch on 11-thread linen, over 2 warp threads and 2 weft threads, or on 5.5 count Aida, your embroidery will measure approximately: 4 x 4 cm.
