This collection of embroidered tea towels celebrates the great classics of sweet treats and home cooking in a deliciously retro spirit. Olive oil, citrus fruits, confectionery, fresh eggs, tea, coffee, jams, and crispy breads... each design evokes the simple and authentic flavors of family homes and old-fashioned markets.
The colorful and refined compositions blend old typographies, gourmet motifs, and decorative details inspired by beautiful vintage culinary posters. The warm and bright tones bring a friendly and elegant touch to the kitchen, while maintaining the traditional spirit of embroidered linen.
Each motif is to be cross-stitched on the central Aida fabric square integrated into the tea towel. The designs use the DMC stranded cottons indicated in the color charts.
The charts are printed with symbols and colors (DMC ref.) in a 52-page booklet.
